AIDS Drug Assistance Program – Florida Department of Health*
The Florida Department of Health will cover the costs of HIV medications directly for individuals at or below 130% of the Federal Poverty Level. The Department will also cover costs during a two-month transition period.

Results from this survey will guide patient care services and funding to help address unmet needs in communities throughout Florida.
- Recognizing that some questions in the survey are personal, be assured your responses will be kept confidential and will not be attributed to you. Please answer as honestly as possible. The Florida Department of Health and statewide and local planning groups are dedicated to meeting the needs of people with HIV throughout the state and in your local area.
